From audit chaos to audit-ready
A Pennsylvania provider was dealing with high turnover and 3-day audits that produced way too many citations.
What we did together:
We worked The Power Loop, implemented my deep-dive supervisor training, restructured leadership systems, and rebuilt their compliance process.
The result?
Turnover dropped dramatically, and those same audits are now finished in less than a day— citations are rare, and surveyors are sharing this provider's success secrets.
The good news is that our new hire orientation is working as intended! We have received a lot of positive feedback, and we've had enough variety in the different positions that we have onboarded in the past 6 months that I believe we have all of the main versions of that training developed. We have also used a lot of input that you shared with us about staff accountability and performance measurement in the other projects we have been working on!

Our five homes visited were compliant; all individual records were compliant, self-assessments, and skills assessments were compliant. The team admired our set-up and organization.
