With decades of experience across the developmental disabilities system, I focus on practical, repeatable solutions that create real, lasting results.
Over the years, I have specialized in organizing teams, implementing new initiatives, and helping agencies recover from serious compliance issues.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a master’s degree in Public Administration. My work has included residential services, community employment, case management, housing, project management, incident investigation, vocational rehabilitation, compliance audits, state policy development, provider oversight, and more.
